Individual Locker Alarms
Every storage unit at Stor-Wel is equipped with its own burglary alarm. Our digital access and monitoring system identifies each person entering the premises and determines which mini-storage spaces they are permitted to access. When you activate your key, it gives you access to the property and at the same time shuts off the alarm on your storage unit for a one-hour period.
Electronic Entry Key
Each customer is given an electronic key that identifies who they are, their access schedule and the zones to which they have access. This system is far more secure than keypad punch codes (used by most of our competitors), which can be copied and used without the customer’s knowledge.
Emergency Response
Stor-Wel Mini-Storage is directly connected to the alarm central, police station and fire department for immediate on-site emergency response.
Surveillance Cameras
Our state-of-the-art surveillance system features dozens of indoor and outdoor security cameras to monitor the property and deter potential criminals.
Metal Walls & Ceilings
Every mini-storage space is privately divided so that no one but you has access to your locker. Our self-storage system is constructed from steel walls and doors as well as grated ceilings. The building is a cement construction.
Mandatory masks
Please note that all clients and employees are now required to wear a mask within all commercial buildings in Quebec when indoors. We ask that our customers respect this new policy for as long as it lasts.
Secure Exit Doors
Every exit door in the building is alarmed and protected by a magnetic locking device. This makes it impossible for visitors to enter parts of the property for which access is restricted.
Fire Prevention
Stor-Wel features a modern Simplex-Grinell smoke detection system that provides advanced warning of fire and dangerous gases.
Sterilization
We have set up hand sanitizing stations within the building, we installed plexiglass within our office and we now clean the most commonly touched surfaces within the building twice per day.
